Bollywood’s ace actor Ranveer Singh landed in controversy for his antics her performed during the closing ceremony of International Film Festival of India at Goa last week. Actually, he imitated Rishab Shetty’s performance on the stage but his action made him land in a controversy.
Well, Ranveer while speaking on the stage, stated that he loved Rishab’s amazing performance in Kantara Chapter 1 movie and thereafter mimicked the actor’s signature chant from the period drama. He also falsely termed female deity as a ghost. This just shocked audience and triggered huge controversy.

Thus people are demanding a public apology by Ranveer Singh. Some of them even threatened to ban Dhurandhar in Karnataka. But now Ranveer has put an end to this issue by dropping a public apology post on his social media page…

His post reads, “My intention was to highlight Rishabh’s incredible performance in the film. Actor to actor, I know how much it would take to perform that particular scene in the way that he did, for which he has my utmost admiration. I have always deeply respected every culture, tradition and belief in our country. If I’ve hurt anyone’s sentiments, I sincerely apologise.”
There is no doubt in stating that Ranveer is a great actor but sometimes small actions lead to big controversy…
