A promising new chapter in Telangana’s industrial growth narrative was set in motion at the @wef 2026 in Davos as US-based operator-led industrial and investment platform. @sargad_official signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Government of Telangana, committing to an indicative investment of up to ₹1,000 crore over the next three to five years. The engagement took place during a meeting between Sargad Founder and Chief Executive Officer Mr Srinivas Thota and the Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Revanth Reddy –led ‘Telangana Rising’ delegation, where the company expressed strong interest in pursuing a long-term, phased investment and ecosystem-development initiative in the state.

With extensive experience across aerospace, defence, automotive, and advanced manufacturing sectors, Sargad focuses on long-cycle, certification-driven, export-oriented industrial businesses. During the discussions, the company conveyed its interest in establishing an aviation Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facility in Telangana. The Chief Minister outlined Telangana’s integrated economic development framework, explaining the creation of three distinct growth zones – CURE (Core Urban Region Economy) dedicated exclusively to services with a Net-Zero approach, PURE (Peri-Urban Region Economy) focused on manufacturing, and RARE (Rural Agri Region Economy) aimed at agriculture and the green economy. He informed the company that Telangana is in the process of developing two new airports at Warangal and Adilabad, and invited Sargad to explore setting up an MRO facility in either of these locations. Emphasizing the government’s commitment to balanced regional development, the Chief Minister assured that the best possible incentives would be extended to encourage industrialization in Warangal and Adilabad.
