It is all known that Megastar Chiranjeevi and blockbuster director Anil Ravipudi’s ‘Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu’ is all set to hit the big screens on 12th January as the biggest Pongal treat. As the release date is nearing, the makers organized a gala pre-release event at Hyderabad yesterday in the the presence of two superstars Chiru and Venkatesh!
It was a complete wholesome meal for all the movie lovers as they had a chance to witness both Chiru and Venky under one frame. They also treated the fans by shaking their legs on the stage. Well, one more memorable incident of this event is director Anil Ravipudi’s speech… Along with thanking the Tollywood’s superstars he also stated, “A special thanks to producers Sahu Garapati and Sushmita Konidela, who believed in this project from the beginning and carried it forward with complete trust. Everyone should applaud Bheems- he has composed extraordinary songs and delivered his best album.
I thank Nayanthara, who participated in two promotional videos. She extended her full support even during the industry strike. Victory Venkatesh is both a friend and a guide; his greatness lies in his positivity and sporting nature. People are already discussing his role in various ways. The main reason he came on board is Chiranjeevi. In the film, he appears as Venky Gowda from Karnataka.
Working with both of them is a dream for many. They came together to offer Telugu audiences a grand festive treat. I hope I get the opportunity someday to make a full-fledged film with the two of them.
Chiranjeevi has achieved so much… he even holds Guinness World Records. This journey with him is something I will cherish for a lifetime. Every day on set felt like watching different shades of his classic characters come alive. On the last day of shoot, he gave me a warm hug- it’s a moment I’ll never forget.
