It is all known that Nandamuri Balakrishna’s Akhanda 2 movie was supposed to hit the theatres on 5th December, 2025! But just ahead of the release, Bollywood’s popular production EROS approached Madras High Court stating that 14 Reels Plus banner should clear their dues before releasing Akhanda 2 movie. As their plea hit the right chord, Akhanda 2 movie was postponed.
This was nothing less than a shock to Tollywood and thus, most of the ace producers stepped in to solve this dispute in out of the court settlement manner.
And now, slowly, the issue got sorted out… Thus, even Raam Achanta of 14 Reels Plus banner fame dropped a tweet last night stating, “The best thing that happened today is our #BalayyaBabu wishing me on my b’day & giving us immense strength in these tough times. Thank you for your invaluable support at this moment sir. Such a pure soul at heart.. JAI BALAYYA. Blockbuster #Akhanda2 ahead very soon!!”
As Akhanda 2 was the most-awaited movie of this year-end season, Balayya’s fans were eagerly awaiting to watch the movie in the theatres. Although the movie’s release is not possible this week, the makers are targeting 12th December to screen their movie on the big screens. Anyway, the official announcement regarding the release is awaited!
